1. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed payment schedule, typically before the event day.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed agreement.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event are eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

• Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable unless due to emergencies and subject to management review.

• If Harman Films cancels for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

• Clients may request rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. Availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.

• Weather-related rescheduling (for outdoor shoots) must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Deliverables

We provide:

• Digitally edited, high-resolution photos

• Long-form videos covering full events

• Highlight videos

• Next-Day Edit (if included in the package)

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Photos: 3–6 weeks

• Videos: 6–10 weeks
  Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

• Harman Films retains full copyright ownership of all images and videos captured.

• Clients receive personal-use rights, allowing printing, sharing, and display for non-commercial purposes.

• We reserve the right to use selected content for our portfolio, social media, advertising, and website, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate details about the event schedule, locations, and key moments.

• It is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions for filming at venues.

• Harman Films is not responsible for missed moments due to restrictions, lack of access, or delays beyond our control.

7. Equipment & Backup

• We use high-quality cameras, drones, and live telecast equipment.

• Backups are made of all footage; however, Harman Films is not liable for loss or corruption due to unforeseen technical failures beyond reasonable control.

8. Liability

• Our team will take all reasonable care during shoots, but we are not liable for any personal injuries or property damage at the event.

• In the unlikely event of complete equipment failure, our liability is limited to a full refund.

9. Changes to These Terms

Harman Films reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
